After his internship at the LENÔTRE's laboratory in Plaisir, France, Cédric has brought his talents, passions, knowledge and experience back to Cape Town, South Africa.

With a Master Class Degree in professional pastry chef training and many satisfied customers, Cédric specialises in cakes, individual pastries, tarts, macaroons and viennese pastries.
